Salescloser.ai is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual can be based anywhere in Canada.
As VP of Sales, you will oversee our Sales Team, including Sales Managers and Account Executives, ensuring world-class performance across all sales initiatives. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling our sales operations and strategic planning for enterprise-level accounts and partnerships.
You will work closely with Senior Leadership to set long-term sales strategy, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities to expand our reach. Day-to-day, you will lead recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensure consistent sales performance, review demos and calls, and organize sales documentation and quarterly planning.
