MLS Data & Compliance Coordinator - Remote
Job summary
A leading real estate technology company in the Region of Waterloo is seeking a candidate to manage MLS compliance steps, ensure data access for products sold, and assist with customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in business development or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a chance to build relationships with various MLS organizations across Canada.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in business development, sales or customer service; real estate industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp details of diverse industry with interactions across multiple MLS organizations.
- Professional writing skills and phone skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage MLS compliance steps and obtain data access needed for products sold to clients.
- Assist MLS Services team with reporting requirements.
- Establish and grow relationships with existing MLSs.
