• Fluent in both Spanish and English


• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience


• High school diploma or GED


• Open availability for scheduling


• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Experience with remote work or virtual customer service environments


• Familiarity with technical support or troubleshooting processes


• A desktop or laptop that meets specified requirements for the position


• Strong eagerness to learn new technologies and processes


• Previous experience in a diverse workplace
