• 3+ years in freight/logistics driving sales.
• Cold chain / temp-controlled freight experience (you know the space).
• A track record of generating $3M+ in revenue (and hungry for more).
• Negotiation and relationship skills that turn contacts into loyal customers.
• CRM savvy, strong with Microsoft Office (Excel skills = bonus points).
