We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Strategy & Planning Manager to lead strategic planning and reporting for the IT organization to deliver high-impact presentations, maintain accurate performance reporting, and support key departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional storytelling ability to influence decisions at the highest level.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of IT strategy and leadership engagement. You will shape how information is communicated, ensure transparency across IT initiatives, and contribute to the success of the organization’s technology vision.

What you'll do:
Executive Reporting & Strategic Storytelling
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint decks for ELT audience.
  • Transform data and project updates into compelling narratives that drive clarity and alignment.
Performance Management & Governance
  • Accountable for accurate reporting of KPI dashboards and reports for the IT department and leadership team.
  • Maintain and govern source-of-truth reports for IT projects, as well as the IT Enterprise Risks, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive consistency and integrity across all reporting processes.
Portfolio Administration & Communications
  • Maintain PM capacity trackers.
  • Partner with IT’s Planning and Communications Manager to develop regular communications and ensure timely publication of IT Portfolio reporting, processes, and updates.
Leadership Support & Engagement
  • Prepare materials for Team's Townhalls, team events, and strategic communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for presentations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
What you bring:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or program management roles.
Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a proven ability to create visually compelling, executive-level presentations.
