Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Logistics/Rail Administrator to join our client’s office team in Edmonton, AB. You will play an essential role in supporting rail operations by maintaining accurate data, managing documentation, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements. This position ensures the integrity of rail movement and logistics information while contributing to the development of automated workflows that reduce manual data processing. This role requires the combination of strong administrative accuracy with emerging skills in process automation and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and update rail movement and logistics data in company systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain, file, and manage rail‑related documentation, ensuring proper version control and compliance.
- Respond to data and information requests from logistics and operational teams.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows) to reduce manual reporting and improve process efficiency.
- Build Power Apps and custom connectors to support business needs and streamline operational tasks.
- Support workflow automation through process mapping, data governance, system integration, and security considerations.
- Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Previous administrative or data entry experience, ideally within oil & gas or logistics operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint is strongly preferred.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, documentation, and structured data.
- Basic understanding of logistics or transportation processes (asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP (asset).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
