Base Salary Range: Up to $82,000 + Up to 13% Bonus
Work Schedule & Hours - Standard Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (regular hours)
- Supervisor coverage needed until 4:30 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual French English required
- High School Diploma or GED required with some post-secondary education.
- 2+ Years’ experience in warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume multi-product manufacture
- Experience as a Shipping Loader Operator (must have), or equivalent, and has demonstrated a good working knowledge of safe and efficient truck-loading procedures is an asset.
- Must have basic math skills – Basic math test.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to ERP systems requiring handheld picking
- Experience driving PIV equipment (LPG sit-downs, reach lifts, pallet riders) – Must have.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX-JDE-SAP preferred)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
