We are seeking a high-performing Software Developer - AI & Automation who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building robust, scalable AI systems. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and operationalize advanced AI solutions across a wide spectrum of technologies—including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
You will take a leading role in architecting and implementing modern AI capabilities using tools such as Azure Content Understanding, LangChain, and LangGraph. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that support real-world workflows, automation, and decision-making. This is a role with high expectations, significant visibility, and the opportunity to shape AI strategy and engineering excellence across the organization.

Total Direct Compensation:
76,300 - 93,300
