Job summary

A facilities maintenance company is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general upkeep across multiple sites.   • Conduct routine inspections of facilities.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and carry out repairs.
  • Oversee contractors on site and ensure work completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks completed.
