A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Service Operations Manager, your day involves driving business growth across the USA and Canada while leading service operations aligned with the Trench Instrument Transformers portfolio. You’ll engage with customers and sales agents to identify new service opportunities, develop strategic business cases, and oversee the execution of service projects. Your technical expertise in instrument transformers and/or high voltage equipment will be essential for understanding customer needs, guiding internal teams, and delivering training. You will also be responsible for managing third‑party partners in addressing warranty cases through to final resolution, as well as conducting site inspections to define service scope, prepare quotations, and establish project timelines.
