We are looking for someone who wants to develop GenAI-backed products that create impact. This person enjoys finding new business ideas through discussion with founders, end-users, decision-makers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.

They discover: they excel at communication and work to deeply understand industry workflows and pain points. They use their strong technical understanding of ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to identify where these technologies can solve problems to transform industries. They leverage their product and business acumen to identify solutions that could turn into viable businesses. They test these ideas by getting the product into users’ hands, collecting feedback, and iterating towards higher impact.

They execute: they collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact delivery to customers. They understand AltaML’s core capabilities, conduct market research, identify assumptions, create hypotheses, design experiments, and track industry and tech trends. They also identify risks and adjust the vision to meet market needs. Finally, they evaluate our processes and outcomes to improve performance, driving customer success through our products and services.

• Run discovery with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify product opportunities, collaborating across teams.
• Prioritize opportunities based on value, research, and feasibility.
• Work with ML, software, and UI teams to develop products using agile methods.
• Identify and validate assumptions and hypotheses, researching trends to stay current.
• Articulate a clear product vision and develop a detailed roadmap.
• Contribute to Go To Market strategies, including pricing and testing hypotheses.
• Promote product principles across the organization to scale impact.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes for better outcomes.

• At least one year of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong communication skills internally and externally.
• Professional interaction with customers and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-informed decision-making skills.
• Experience with machine learning, Generative and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies.
• Excellent storytelling abilities.

• Startup experience.
• Experience managing full product life cycles.
• Managing multiple products.
• Knowledge in Engineering, Sales, UX/UI, Support, Marketing, or Finance.
• Certifications in Product Management.
• Entrepreneurship training (e.g., Tech Stars, Y Combinator).
