Business Development Manager

Diagnocat is a global leader in AI solutions for Dentistry, providing imaging solutions that help dentists reduce diagnostic errors and save time through computer vision technology. We hold multiple patents, CE mark, and are registered in most EU countries. With a growing market demand, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager (Toronto).

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds higher education in sales, economics, business, or medical/dental fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in dental industry.
  • Strong network within the dental field.
  • Demonstrates business acumen and ability to communicate value and ROI to customers.
  • Confident in presenting and conducting professional meetings.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel and flexible with schedule.
  • Experience with SaaS products and software implementation is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and a resident of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers, contractors, and partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build networks with local societies, universities, and KOLs.
  • Train and educate doctors via online meetings.
  • Generate leads through field activities.
  • Engage with practice groups and decision-makers.
  • Support webinars, round tables, and tradeshows.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with dealers and practice management software companies.
  • Manage lead nurturing, content creation, and educational events.

This is a contract position outside of Canada; candidates must have legal work authorization as the company does not sponsor or support work permits or residency applications.
