As a Brand Representative, your responsibilities will be focused on promoting our clients' services and increasing brand awareness.

• Leverage the client-provided leads, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional product guidance through excellent brand consultation.
• Promote our clients' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations face-to-face or over a phone call with the customers.
• Identify the customers' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and/or product solution for their needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns.
• Enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments.
• Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com.
• Give your 100% every day to achieve outstanding performance and master the responsibilities.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and/or marketing is preferred.
• Educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability.
• Must be willing to travel to our office daily.
