Job summary
A local property development firm in Saskatoon is seeking a dedicated individual for a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and installing materials, as well as coordinating work at various sites. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. This position requires on-site work, and applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. The job is advertised until December 30, 2025.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join various materials.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures.
