We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The core mandate of the Supply Chain Product Management (PdM) team is to solve complex Supply Chain challenges by operating as a thought partner to the business and delivering tangible software Products across every stage of the Product lifecycle. Our team is critical in lululemon's pursuit to fuel growth, drive innovation, and deliver on our promise to improve the wellbeing of people and minimize our environmental impact. To meet our Supply Chain stakeholder needs, we partner closely with operational leaders, Technology counterparts, engineering, project leaders, and program management to build the Product strategy and roadmap as well as deliver high impact software Products that enable leading Supply Chain capabilities.

  • Champion the "PdM rules of engagement" collaborating with stakeholders to involve Product during discovery and planning.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user insights to recommend feature improvements.
  • Prioritize new and backlog features for delivery teams by balancing trade-offs between Supply Chain needs, complexity, addressing gaps in current Product portfolio, and dependencies with other cross-functional strategic Product initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Agile Product releases, ensuring delivery milestones and KPIs are being met.
  • Be an advisor to teams operating in Agile delivery; take a leadership role in minimum viable Product (MVP) definition, sprint ceremonies, key decisions and issue resolution while identifying process improvements to improve delivery quality and speed.
  • Serve as the key liaison between internal lululemon teams and external partners (vendors, 3Pls, suppliers, etc.) from concept to delivery to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the Product lifecycle.
