Kelly is a global leader in providing workforce solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic job seekers available for various upcoming office assignments. Our client located in Red Deer, AB is looking for a Receptionist for a temporary 3-day assignment.

The dates are : June 26th, 27th and 30th @ full time hours.

Duties :

Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person

Assisting filing, sorting, and some data entry as required

Performing various administrative tasks as needed

Light cleaning as required

Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

About You :

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Demonstrated capability to provide team support and assistance as required.

Pay rate : $20.00 / hr + vacation pay

Weekly pay via direct deposit
