A leading construction materials company in London, Ontario is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This on-site position focuses on taking and processing orders, addressing delivery issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong communication. Applicants should have a relevant education and be proficient in MS Office. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible 1) taking and processing orders; 2) responding to customers in person, online and by phone; 3) ensuring customer satisfaction by anticipating customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio. As an integral member of the team, the Customer Service Representative maintains productive working relationships internally and externally and coordinates all aspects of the sale from orders to deliveries and payments.
This is a fully on-site position. No hybrid or remote options available.
