This role is located at our beautiful headquarters on River Drive in Moline, IL. This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility.
Summary of Position:
The focus of this position is to develop business relationships while keeping within authorized authority as well as internal and regulatory guidelines. This includes originating loans, acquiring deposits and cross-selling consumer products to broaden the member relationship. Making regular sales calls to initiate or maintain relationships is expected. This position will not have any direct reports. Daily routine will vary and will center around member's needs and departmental goals. This will include some regional travel as needed. This role has a base salary plus a quarterly and annual incentive plan.
