Position : IT Manager

Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Technology & Systems Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our IT infrastructure and services. This position will be instrumental in managing daily technical operations, securing digital assets, and guiding the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Key Areas of Responsibility
IT Systems Oversight & User Support
Supervise performance and reliability of network systems, servers, end-user devices, and essential software tools.
Ensure effective service desk response and troubleshooting for hardware and application issues.
Manage cloud-based platforms including Microsoft 365, remote access tools, and communication systems.
ERP System Deployment
Act as the internal project lead for ERP implementation initiatives.
Work cross-functionally to align system workflows with operational needs.
Oversee all phases of ERP rollout including data transition, configuration, testing, and launch.
Coordinate with consultants and vendors to deliver a smooth and timely implementation.
Facilitate user onboarding, training, and adoption strategies.
IT Security & Risk Mitigation
Implement proactive measures to protect network integrity and sensitive data.
Conduct security reviews, manage endpoint protection, and oversee firewall configurations.
Network & Infrastructure Management
Maintain enterprise systems including cloud environments (Azure, AWS), LAN / WAN, and hybrid setups.
Oversee data backups, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure redundancy.
Monitor system availability and preemptively resolve performance challenges.
Vendor & Asset Coordination
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service partners.
Track and renew software licensing agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Negotiate contract terms and service performance expectations.
Technology Roadmap & Budgeting
Align technology objectives with broader business goals.
Provide insight into emerging technologies and operational improvements.
Manage IT spend, procurement cycles, and budget forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven success leading ERP initiatives (J.D. Edwards, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux environments, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
Skilled in systems integration, data conversion, and organizational change management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
