In 2021, we launched a successful Status Card Renewal platform. Today, we're also working on identity and payment solutions—always in ways that respect Indigenous values and traditions.

The Role
We're seeking an Indigenous leader to guide our revenue growth through authentic partnerships and relationship-building. You'll lead a team of Partner Managers while personally developing strategic relationships with Indigenous Nations, government bodies, and private sector partners across Canada. This role uniquely combines sales leadership, customer success, and team development—all grounded in Indigenous values and protocols.
This role is about relationship-first business. We're looking for someone who values trust, community care, and cultural respect as much as achieving goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Preference may be given to a qualified Indigenous candidate with lived experience and a strong understanding of Indigenous governance and community life.
You should have:
- Deep understanding of Indigenous governance structures and decision-making processes
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
- Experience working with or for Indigenous organizations (preferred)
- Natural leadership abilities and comfort mentoring others
What You'll Do
Revenue Growth Through Relationship-Centered Sales
- Build authentic partnerships with Indigenous Nations and B2B stakeholders across Canada
- Develop proposals that demonstrate genuine value for Indigenous communities
- Guide organizations through decision-making with patience and cultural respect
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Managers in relationship-first sales approaches
- Achieve revenue targets through trust-based partnerships that honour Indigenous protocols
Client Success and Account Expansion
- Nurture existing relationships to ensure ongoing success across all OneFeather offerings
- Serve as primary relationship owner for strategic accounts
- Conduct platform demonstrations and guide new client onboarding
- Monitor client health metrics and identify natural expansion opportunities
- Ensure your team delivers consistent, high-quality relationship management
Strategic Market Development
- Develop comprehensive B2B growth strategies across Indigenous communities and partners
- Identify opportunities that align with Indigenous digital sovereignty
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across sectors
- Develop your team's capabilities in Indigenous relationship building
- Foster a collaborative culture that advances Indigenous digital autonomy
Qualifications
Preferred experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience working with Indigenous organizations, governments, or communities
- Track record of achieving results through relationship-building
- Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset
- Understanding of SaaS or technology solutions is helpful
