Job summary
A leading construction company in Waterloo Region is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of concrete construction experience and strong supervisory skills. Responsibilities include directing crews, managing operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. - Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience with proven supervisory success.
- Demonstrated expertise in flatwork and wall construction techniques.
- Strong background in blueprint reading and project specification interpretation.

- Direct crews through complex flatwork installations.
- Manage concrete forming, layout, and finishing operations.
