We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of consulting and engineering to installation and commissioning, to the last stages of decommissioning and remediation. Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.

Purpose

The Group Director, Ethics & Compliance will provide overall leadership, vision and direction for an industry leading ethics and compliance (E&C) program that promotes a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct aligned to our Principles and Behaviors and serves a key role in managing E&C related risks to Worley.

  • Tools and Enablement: Accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of toolkits and resources that promote a safe and ethical working environment. Oversee the design, deployment, and effectiveness of E&C training across the company to ensure understanding, retention, and application of key policies and Worley values and behaviors. Lead the identification and promotion of best practices in E&C to embed compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Risk Management: Lead E&C risk assessments during the pre-contract phase in collaboration with Operations—focusing on areas such as sanctions, third-party due diligence, fraud, corruption, integrity, and assurance.
