Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) practice is now looking for experienced tax professionals that want a challenging and rewarding career. You will support the team in guiding clients and internal teams in all aspects of employee rewards focusing on the design and operation of incentive arrangements and executive remuneration, both for private and public companies. You will take part in providing advice on tax and social security requirements and implications, provide technical concurrence calculations and compliance with applicable legislation. You will contribute to identifying opportunities for tax savings and advise clients on equity, bonus, pension or other compensation plans. You will assist companies in aligning their compensation and benefits programs with their overall talent and business strategies as well as market needs. You will analyze various deferred compensation plans, from a domestic and international tax perspective. You will support and advise on M&A remuneration planning, due diligence exercises and structuring, and direct post‑closing incentive plan design. You will also support clients in implementing, revisiting, and optimizing their plans to achieve their business objectives. You will advise clients on how to best utilize technology to achieve efficiencies, streamline processes, or ensure compliance, and make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success.

The salary range for this position is $68,000 – $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
