A major technology company is seeking a Data Management Leader to drive the transformation of data capabilities and enhance omni-channel experiences. This fully remote position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and extensive experience in data governance and analytics. The ideal candidate will oversee data lifecycle processes and lead a team of over 25 data professionals. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
What you'll do
Reporting to the VP, DOTComm, you will lead the transformation of TELUS's data management capabilities by establishing and directing a centralized Data Centre of Excellence. Drive strategic data governance, architecture, and stewardship to enable seamless, hyper-personalized customer experiences while supporting data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Customer, and Channel functions.

Salary Range: $128,000-$192,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%
