Responsibilities

• Manage global Business Performance Management process.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards.
• Interpret performance metrics and flag emerging risks.

Skills

Expert level skills in Excel

Proficiency with PowerBI and Databricks

Understanding of financial statements and mining concepts

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Team leadership skills

Ability to interact effectively with Senior Management

Flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Conversational Spanish, French, or Portuguese
