Bally's also owns Bally Bet, Bally Casino, Bally's Interactive International division (formerly Gamesys Group), and has a significant stake in Intralot S.A.

With 11,500 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 17,700 slot machines, 630 table games, and 3,950 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to develop land in Las Vegas at the former Tropicana site.

The Role

The Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulations within their area and reporting potential issues to management.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily Title 31/AML audits using cash tracking software and casino data to ensure compliance across the property.
  2. Review casino documentation for transactions that may require SAR filings.
  3. Prepare CTRs and SARs for review and timely submission.
  4. Maintain detailed records and support the Compliance Manager.
  5. Audit events and procedures for compliance with Title 31 and internal controls.
  6. Investigate and assist in resolving compliance issues.
  7. Review and suggest improvements to processes and procedures related to regulatory standards.
  8. Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  9. Monitor employee compliance training programs.
  10. Liaise with internal/external auditors, IRS, and NGCB personnel.
  11. Maintain organized records of transactions.
  12. Promote and demonstrate superior customer service.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One or more years' experience in compliance or governmental affairs; casino experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of cash tracking software, Title 31/AML, and Mississippi Gaming regulations.
  • Ability to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Work Permit.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong investigative skills and ability to interact diplomatically with guests and colleagues.
Training

All employees must complete mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. Required courses include Active Shooter Awareness, Cybersecurity, Responsible Gaming, Title 31 SAR, and others as listed.

Additional Requirements
