As an OP-Warehouse Responsible, you play a crucial role in supporting the management team by keeping operations running smoothly. From day one, you'll gain hands‑on experience and be empowered to make a difference. Your main responsibilities include:

• Stockroom and Operations Management: Anticipate needs and ensure stockroom organization aligns with trends and forecasts.
• Team Training and Development: Mentor and develop the stock team for optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Ensure store devices are operational, addressing technical issues by coordinating with IT and GS teams.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Guarantee that all Health & Safety procedures are understood and strictly followed.
• Sales Floor Replenishment: Respond promptly to sales floor requests, ensuring products and sizes are available to meet customer needs.
