Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in construction, road maintenance, or landscaping preferred.
• Valid Ontario Class 'DZ' Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracted assets as per standards specified.
• Perform duties of shift supervisor during winter maintenance.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff.
• Inspect work performed by contract staff for compliance.

Skills

Working knowledge of summer and winter maintenance operations

Good verbal communication skills

Good investigative/analytical skills

Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
