Qualifications
- Three to seven years of experience as an Associate Lawyer focusing on Wills and Estates.

- Exposure to corporate, tax, litigation, or estate litigation law is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, wills, and trusts.
- Draft and review legal documents related to estates.

- resolution of any disputes that may arise.
- Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings related to estate administration.
Qualifications- Member of the Ontario Bar, in good standing.
- Three to seven years of work experience as an Associate Lawyer in Ontario, with a practice focus
- on Wills and Estates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client service.
- Experience in and/or exposure to corporate, tax, and litigation law would be an asset.
- Experience in and/or exposure to estate litigation would be an asset.
- STEP designation would be an asset.
