Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience with wellsite accommodations.
  • Experience with communications equipment, satellite systems, and working at heights.
  • Class 5 driver's license with an acceptable driving abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wellsite accommodations fleet including setup and maintenance.

The company began as a satellite TV setup business for remote drilling camps and now serves as a trusted, full‑service partner for Western Canada’s energy sector.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote settings, enjoys troubleshooting, and is committed to delivering exceptional service across Western Canada’s energy sector. The position is based out of Dawson Creek or Grande Prairie.

Core Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the efficient management of our wellsite accommodations fleet, including the setup, repair, and turnaround (cleaning) of wellsite trailers and equipping them with necessities (e.g., refrigerator).
  • Ensure regular maintenance of company vehicles and longevity of tools, equipment, and PPE.
  • Adhere to and participate in all safety protocols, as well as all customer safety protocols when on location.
  • Fill out tickets completely and accurately as soon as a job is complete.
  • Help us grow and maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience working with wellsite accommodations. Technical experience with communications equipment (e.g., internet, cellular, radio), satellite systems, generators, light towers, and working at heights is an asset. Experience with electrical, propane furnaces, and hot water heaters will also be considered an asset.
  • Physical fitness (some heavy lifting required) and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • H2S Alive, First Aid / CPR, and Fall Arrest certifications.
  • Class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable 3‑year driving abstract.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building qualities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with other individuals, groups, and organizations to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with an ability to adjust priorities.
  • Ability to travel and occasionally be away overnight.
  • Able to work varying shifts and overtime/weekends as required.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and personal appearance.
