Our client, a growing premier consumer product good manufacturing company with locations nationwide, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. The right candidate will be very customer oriented, directing and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse. Responsibilities include distributing inventory properly and accurately ensuring that deliveries are met on time, safely and within budget.

This position will provide an excellent opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate their flexibility and availability to work with all levels of management both internal and external. This position is on a corporate fast track with career advancements expected in a short time span.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient movement, handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management. This role ensures smooth operations, compliance with procedures, and optimal productivity across warehouse functions.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce operational procedures for shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory management, and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff to ensure proper coverage. Direct daily operations, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Inspect warehouse conditions and equipment. Initiate work orders for repairs and request replacements as needed.
  • Review and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, product quality, and equipment performance. Maintain accurate records and submit required reports.
  • Provide support to employees, vendors, and customers by addressing process-related questions. Mentor, train, and guide team members while resolving general employee issues.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on warehouse productivity and activities (e.g., timesheets, yields, pounds per man-hour, downtime reduction).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1 year of similar warehouse experience
  • 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of warehouse experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
