Overview

The impact you will have: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will work to ensure our product is sorted, loaded, and distributed as per our customer’s expectations. This is a safety‑focused position. This person will supervise staff and work as a team to ensure regulatory requirements and customer needs are met and exceeded. The position will manage the development and direction of the Warehouse team to drive revenue and mitigate controllable costs by continually reviewing internal processes to identify improvements.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and coach warehouse staff, fostering a team‑oriented environment with open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, forklift regulations, and proper use of PPE.
  • Oversee accurate picking, sorting, loading, and dispatching of orders to meet schedules and targets.
  • Monitor and resolve staff performance or disciplinary issues, maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Confirm order accuracy, inspect incoming freight for damage, and manage returns or OS&D issues.
  • Keep management informed of operational challenges, customer concerns, and equipment maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting housekeeping and property upkeep.
What You Will Bring
  • 3–5 years Supervisory experience
  • Transportation industry experience would be a strong asset
  • Forklift Certification or verifiable experience
  • Forklift Trainer Certification would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
