Warehouse Manager - $80,000 to $85,000

Were looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our client's operations team of 30+ employees through a group of Supervisors and Lead Hands. In this role, youll be accountable for warehouse performance, safety, and customer service, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do :

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, productivity, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Motivate and coach employees, creating a positive team culture.
  • Manage warehouse layout, yard flow, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of progressive warehouse / logistics management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs, and resource planning.
  • Post-secondary education in operations management (minimum 2 years).
  • Forklift certification and TDG knowledge preferred.
