Overview

Adecco is actively seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with proven experience in managing warehouse operations and optimizing logistics processes. You\'ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team supervision—while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

• Pay Rate: up to $70k/year depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full warehouse operations: inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, storage, and order fulfilment
• Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff while promoting adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain system accuracy
• Coordinate shipments to meet delivery deadlines and improve order accuracy
• Monitor and enhance warehouse layout for space optimization and product security
• Track key KPIs: order accuracy, inventory shrinkage, and fulfilment speed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational errors
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience (accessory/retail product background preferred)
• Proficient in warehouse and inventory management systems
• Strong organizational, leadership, and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a motivated team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Logistics / supply chain training is a plus
