About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate will be essential in receiving, shipping, and processing inventory within our facility. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual who enjoys collaborating with others and is eager to contribute to a successful team.

Due to limited public transit in the area, access to a personal vehicle is strongly recommended.

The posting is for an existing vacancy.

The Successful Applicant Will
  • Inspect incoming packaging and report damaged goods to the shipping carrier and Warehouse Manager.
  • Unpack products and organize shipments for receipt.
  • Compare quantities and identification numbers of goods against orders for accuracy; report discrepancies.
  • Ensure physical products match packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Properly store received goods and facilitate inventory movements within the warehouse.
  • Pick orders accurately and package products securely to minimize damage during transit.
  • Count products, accounting for quantities and lot/serial numbers, and enter results into corresponding sheets.
  • Perform secondary counts when discrepancies occur and report issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Stay current on new products and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including emptying garbage and disposing of waste safely.
  • Occasionally cap bottles as needed.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
  • Commitment to following the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations.
  • Proven experience in warehousing and logistics (1-3 years preferred).
  • Skilled in the safe operation of a forklift, reach truck, and pallet lift.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
