This role requires 10 years of experience in Culture and Leadership Development, including at least 3 years as a senior HR leader. Work will be performed on-site at the Ottawa, ON headquarters.
This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources. We have a strong Director of HR in place who leads our Talent Acquisition, Office and Events Management, Intern Programs, and Benefits, and provides HR support for Health and Safety. The VP People and Culture will be primarily accountable for Culture, Learning and Leadership, Performance Development, Engagement and DEI. In addition, the VP People and Culture will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive leaders, providing counsel and supporting the success of the business.
We are looking to fill this role early in 2026.
