Summary

The John Howard Society of Okanagan & Kootenay offers volunteer and practicum opportunities that provide hands‑on experience supporting individuals involved in the justice system or facing challenging life circumstances. Volunteers are an essential part of the organization’s team and play a meaningful role in helping serve vulnerable community members. These positions give students and community members the chance to gain practical knowledge and work toward personal or academic goals while contributing to positive change in their region.
