Job summary

A national sports ethics organization in Canada seeks volunteer chaperones to assist in the doping control program. This vital role involves notifying athletes, ensuring their rights and responsibilities are communicated, and accompanying them throughout the sample collection process. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or French.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Notify athlete selected for sample collection.
  • Accompany and observe athletes until arrival at the doping control station.
  • Witness the provision of the sample.
