Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of assigned Virtual Company-Owned Centers under the guidance of the Center Instructor (CCI)
• Conduct parent orientation and assessment meetings, including follow-up communication and ongoing family support
• Assist with lesson planning and managing enrollment growth within assigned subject and enrollment targets
• Monitor virtual classes and ensure students and families understand virtual learning tools
• Communicate effectively with families, instructors, and CCI to address questions and operational needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education or a related field preferred
• Experience working with students, families, or educational services; prior experience with the employer strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, remote environment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly to families and students
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language fluency preferred for candidates supporting EFL populations
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
