Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with Private Equity funds in a fund administration or related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with support functions and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to control framework including policies and procedures.
• Lead and work on ad hoc client projects.
• Mentor and develop staff resources while providing oversight.
• Review fund governing documents to ensure adherence.
