Overview

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our presence across new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B sales leadership—preferably within the staffing sector—and a proven ability to execute long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a company-wide sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries and geographic regions.
  • Cultivate and expand high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive and recruitment teams to align sales goals with delivery capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Represent Arise Talent Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or VP-level role.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry.
