Overview
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our presence across new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B sales leadership—preferably within the staffing sector—and a proven ability to execute long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a company-wide sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries and geographic regions.
- Cultivate and expand high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the executive and recruitment teams to align sales goals with delivery capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Represent Arise Talent Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or VP-level role.
- Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM-driven reporting.
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
