Overview

Salary : $170,000-$220,000 Total Compensation

As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead all marketing strategies, communications, and brand development efforts. You will also oversee Tangams Business Development Representatives (BDR) team and Growth Marketing team, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution and revenue growth targets. This role is critical to shaping market perception, driving demand, and fueling the companys high growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan to support overall business goals, product launches, and market expansion
  • Lead brand management, positioning, messaging, and corporate communications
  • Plan and execute User Conferences to deepen engagement with existing customers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and connect new prospects to our existing customer base
  • Direct the BDR and Growth Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with sales, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline contribution and growth KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership
  • Oversee content marketing, digital / performance marketing, public relations, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure marketing aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform campaigns
  • Oversee marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and marketing collateral across all channels and markets
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within technology and SaaS industries
  • Experience organizing User Conferences
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing and BDR functions in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving revenue impact through marketing and BDR alignment
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, brand development, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in global markets and coordinating multi-geography campaigns
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
