Responsibilities

  • Manage all Milner Group and Brod Demolition projects to completion.
  • Select, prepare, and manage trade contacts and suppliers.
  • Prepare all quotes for Brod Demolition and enter estimates into a presentable format.
  • Ensure projects are on time and on budget with a proactive approach.
  • Schedule, track project costs, and conduct cost analysis.
  • Process shop drawings, RFIs, changes, and communicate with stakeholders proactively.
  • Draft, review, and approve contracts and subcontracts.
  • Prepare and process all billing information and documents required for project billing.
  • Maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing estimates for vendor or subcontractor selection.

Key Expectations
  • Manage all Milner Group and Brod Demolition projects to completion.
  • Select, prepare, and manage trade contacts and suppliers.
  • Prepare all quotes for Brod Demolition and enter estimates into a presentable format.
  • Ensure projects are on time and on budget with a pro‑active approach.
  • Schedule, track project costs, and conduct cost analysis.
  • Process shop drawings, RFIs, changes, and communicate with owners, consultants, trades, and staff proactively.
  • Draft, review, and approve contracts and subcontracts.
  • Prepare and process all billing information and documents required for project billing.
  • Maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing estimates for vendor or subcontractor selection.
