Client Services Representative / Veterinary Assistant – Full-Time (Evenings & Weekends)

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Client Services Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Assistant to join our busy veterinary team!

Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends
  • Shift Options: 6-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour shifts
  • Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta
About the Role

As a CSR / Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful hand that keeps our clinic running smoothly. This position combines client service excellence with hands-on support for our veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and by phone
  • Schedule and manage appointments using Avimark software
  • Assist with patient check-ins and discharges
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and restocking of supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and work area
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians, RVTs, and other team members
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic setting (required)
  • Proficiency with Avimark software (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Positive team player with a compassionate approach to animals and their owners
