The Position

This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and proactive Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support the customer identity platforms that drive Customer Experience and Digital Retail strategies. The successful candidate will manage and evolve IAM systems for the workforce, dealers, and customers—ensuring secure, seamless, and compliant access across the enterprise digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

IAM Management and Governance

• Act as a subject matter expert for Okta WIAM, Okta CIS, and Auth0 platforms, ensuring secure synchronization of user identities across systems such as Salesforce and MuleSoft.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance IAM solutions for authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle management across all user groups.
• Integrate identity platforms with enterprise systems like Active Directory, Workday, SAP, and Salesforce, ensuring policy enforcement and governance.
• Develop and document scalable IAM processes, access request workflows, and automation strategies for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Implement and support RBAC, MFA, and SSO configurations in compliance with SOX, PIPEDA, and other regulatory frameworks.

Internal team and vendor relationship

• Partner with compliance and security teams to conduct access reviews, implement IAM controls, and support audit activities.
• Liaise with vendors and MSPs for platform upgrades, technical support, and roadmap alignment, ensuring SLA and KPI performance.

Support and improvement

• Provide Tier 2/3 incident support and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop automation scripts and integrations (e.g., Okta Workflows, Terraform) to improve efficiency and compliance.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IAM roles, with hands‑on expertise in Okta, Auth0, and/or Azure AD.
• Strong working knowledge of identity standards and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Familiarity with NIST Digital Identity Guidelines and IAM best practices for MFA, SSO, and privileged access
• Proven experience in access governance, lifecycle management, and application identity integrations in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with SOX, PIPEDA, Law 25, and industry frameworks; experience conducting access reviews and supporting audit processes.
• An analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to explain complex identity topics to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and work with vendors on IAM delivery, improvements, and operations.
• At least one IAM certification (e.g., Okta Certified Professional/Admin, Microsoft SC-300) and one security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CCSK) required.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
