Overview

Hello, we are a small private family in Oak Bay, British Columbia seeking a responsible and caring nanny to join our team. We have a senior female with slight mobility issues, an active 11 year old dog who enjoys daily walks and trips to the nearby beach, and a very friendly 19 year old cat who likes to sleep and be petted. Occasional visits from family may occur. We are looking for someone reliable, friendly, kind and happy to help care for all three.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive senior care
• Housekeeping and meal preparation and cleanup
• Help with groceries and shopping as needed
• Pet care for the dog and cat
• Support during occasional family visits

Qualifications

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it

Hours & Compensation

Wage: $18.00 per hour. Hours are flexible, commonly 9:00–5:00 or other times as needed. We prefer a long-term commitment of at least one year.
