We are entering a major new phase of our product roadmap. This includes enhanced personalization driven by AI-assisted adaptation, expansion to mobile platforms, and a new generation of interactive experiences tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations and their clients.

If you are an exceptional developer who understands games as a craft even when the product is not a traditional game. Someone who thrives on building highly polished interactions, thoughtful motion-driven experiences, and intuitive user flows. You will work closely with design, clinical, and engineering teams to bring these experiences to life.

Responsibilities
  • Build and refine all aspects of the interactive software experiences in Unity and C#
  • Develop features that support our roadmap including AI-assisted personalization, adaptive progression systems, and real-time feedback driven by motion data.
  • Collaborate with designers and clinicians to ensure experiences are engaging, accessible, and suitable for older adults and people in rehabilitation.
  • Engage in a highly iterative development process that is fueled by feedback and learning from customers & leading experts in the field
Requirements
  • 3+ years of game programming experience
  • Background in building interactive systems, game-like experiences, or real-time applications.
  • Experience with Unity game engine (or similar)
  • Fluency in C# (or similar)
  • Familiarity with the game content pipeline
  • Ability to contribute to all aspects of development on a multi-disciplinary team
  • Located in Quebec and eligible to work in Canada

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

Remote Work
  • We are open to candidates seeking a permanent remote position from anywhere in Quebec.
  • Our offices are in Montreal, QC.
