These roles are critical to maintaining clinic operations and ensuring patients continue to receive timely, high-quality service.
These are short-term contract opportunities with the potential for longer-term engagement based on performance and operational needs.
Hourly Rate (BC Market): $23–$26/hour
The Triage / Customer Service Representative is a front-facing role responsible for supporting patients and clinic operations at the point of entry. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal training.
Hourly Rate (BC Market): $25–$29/hour
The Runner / Support Services Assistant provides essential behind-the-scenes operational support to ensure clinic workflows run smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced healthcare setting.
Experienced phlebotomists may be considered to support higher-volume clinics. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to step into a fast-paced clinical environment with minimal onboarding.
