Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in crisis management, homelessness, and violence against women settings.
• Working knowledge of the Child and Family Services Act and Landlord Tenant Act.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance on the Landlord and Tenant Act to residents.
• Collaborates with tenants on housing and mental health plans.
• Documents interactions and maintains records for reports.
