About the Opportunity:
Our valued client, an established and award-winning brokerage in Edmonton, AB, is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Transportation Claims Adjuster to their expanding team. Known for their dynamic culture and strong industry presence since 2009, they’ve built a reputation for excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the investigation and resolution of auto and cargo claims
  • Conduct interviews with insured parties, claimants, and witnesses
  • Assess damage on-site and inspect relevant equipment
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage salvage processes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate claim documentation
  • Represent the company at industry and networking events as needed
  • Strengthen client relationships through file reviews and ongoing communication
  • Adhere to established workflows and manage claims efficiently

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Level 1 independent adjusting license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • High school diploma
  • Commissioner of Oaths (or willingness to obtain)
  • Solid understanding of insurance and transportation-related claims
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid office environment
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Physically able to inspect claims (climbing/lifting up to 40 lbs. as needed)

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with Mitchell or similar adjusting/estimating platforms
  • Familiarity with EPIC or other industry software
